So take electrocute on any champion, doesnt matter which, its currently free elo ,abuse it while you can.

Not sure how domination underperforms when electrocute is a must pick for like 25 champs

Literally every game I play, atleast one person has Electrocute.
I see as much electrocute these days as comet+aery at the start of the season, but yeah its underperforming so hard. Meanwhile sorcery and inspiration users are looking for a rope and a suitable place to use it...

It does underperform vs Sorcery and it does need buffs
Also I'd rather have high cooldown Elecrocute than low cooldown Thunderlord's Decree

I think the bigger issue is that all the other trees just offer more.. Champion's don't need the extra damage in Domination, so they can take other trees and not have much of a trade off... This is coming from someone who plays Rengar almost exclusively and favors FF.

Don't forget with ultimate hunter and zombie ward supports and other people pick it as well.
You see precisions and sorc more than domination, it's just dom is mandatory on certain champs. It is worse than sorc and precision, but resolve is in an even worse state atm (and its users)
These people really need to get new jobs answering phones or something. How about this, give domination half of the runes in sorcery that are for conditional movement speed and rework the whole sorcery tree into something useful. So bored with riot's AD knob gobbling.

Switched to elecrocute with Lux...and It is SO MUCH better than the weak sorcery tree. The harass from comet is laughable and can be dodged too. With Elecrocute i can stand trades with champs like Zed. At lv1 E+2 autos and he's 50% hp. Why should i use comet?xD

Still wait a really BIG nerf to AD assassin and maybe the game can be enjoyable to play again. All know they are juts unhealy as hell for the game.
Lol riot will keep power creeping the game regardless of almost every single player telling them not to, and telling them that they don’t like it.
People have been complaining about weak towers for a year... Rito: buffs baron minions, weakens nexus towers, buffs rift herald, adds rune for one shotting towers, makes mages capable of two shotting towers, continuously buffs damage accross the board.......
They made ONE good change, when they buffed baron, but they quickly jumped to “fix” that by gutting barons damage.
The balance team is retarded. Hashinshin is NOT over exaggerating !
