Ryze's new passive...
is Ryze's old passive years ago at the dawn of LoL. Ryze was reworked the first time for a reason. I hope they get it right this time, because it looks promising.

Erockandroll1 votesI wonder how this will affect his build options. The last rework felt like they balanced him around free CDR, just to discourage him from buying Frozen heart. Is he going to fall back into buying that defensive item? or is Riot going to suppress that? (perhaps he's more AP reliant now)
I also feel like his passive is going to have a weird effect with Arc angles staff, and Death Cap. Since his passive will increase maximum mana based off of AP, and the staff is going to grant AP based off maximum mana.
