Who do you guys think are the best nukers in lol. By nuker I mean someone who is focused of aoe damage ex. brand. It's more of a popular term in dota but you know what I mean.

Nuking in league terms usually means blowing up one person with huge numbers really fast. Think along the lines of Veigar Syndra Khazix Rengar
