Why is it that you can only report players at the end of the game? For example of somebody adds you after a game and starts being toxic, or you see one of your friends are griefing or intentionally feeding.

Because you can say whatever you want to someone on your friends list. At least you should be able to. Me and my friends are dicks to eachother because it's funny and if someone in our premade who isn't a IRL friend with us saw something we said to eachother and decided to be a dick and report one of us, we'd get banned for making eachother laugh. It's just abusable. Just remove them from your friends list and you won't hear from them anymore. I've never added someone and then they insulted me and I got upset. Why did you add them in the first place, and why can't you just remove them when they turn into dicks? We don't need punishments for every negative interaction.
