Why is Yi not in Hunt of the Blood Moon but Camille is?

Camille is a tanky fighter that's hard to kill, but Yi is an assassin diver but he's not in this gamemode. Explain please. Also why is Titanic hydra in this gamemode, there was a super tanky rengar abusing that with black cleaver.

I think his kit made him literally unkillable with his W and Q on such short CDs, plus perma true damage
