Bard's W (Caretaker's Shrine) absolutely sucks. Remove it and make something else

Seriously. It is so un-interactive. It barely heals even at fully charged. Takes forever to charge. Half the time in a teamfight I can't get it to land on the proper person because it has such a huge and clumsy radius.

Give bard a targeting heal or something please. this ability just doesnt work.

That or make it deal damage or slow enemies that step on it. Or make it work like a ward as well...

I have been thinking about this alot.

The ward idea is very good, even with a reduced radius or something.

The other idea I had thought of is if an Ally with full health steps on it they could get the speed boost but not consume the shrine. A big problem i tend to have (at least in bronze and silver) is that when I place the shrines pre teamfight i have full health allies accidentally walk on them and waste 20 seconds of prep time.
