Riot Please Do a Better Job

Honestly my overall experience with pre season 6 is super interesting in some good ways and bad ways. I understand this is preseason major things I believe Riot needs to do to make the community better is do a better job in looking into Solo Queue toxicity of other players, too many times I'm playing with players in lower elo that either be overly toxic and have have a negative attitude or just don't care about their performance(s) in__ rank and just ruins the whole experience for me and other players, despite of players in LoL overall can be toxic in any elo but you need to look more into lower elo toxicity as it's more-so common around that area. Also, Riot honestly needs to look more into more balances for champions and the rate of experiences and lvl ups because I hate being ahead by a sizable CS differential but they're ahead by one kill because they got a extra kill over me with the addition of the mentality of the meta still being tanks despite of it being the adc meta (new champ reveals, tank buffs, etc.). If Riot makes efforts and attempts by doing this I think players will make better improvements.
