After playing with the anivia nerfs I believe she's not gonna be a reliable viable mage unless you maybe lower the size cap on anivia's ult noticeably, or increase the slow within the ult because honestly when you said you want other laners to reward both anivia and laners trade's against another honestly the trades favor the other laners better honestly at the moment. I'm hoping any rioter, balance team, etc would come across this and see if you can give her some favorable buffs/hotfix that would put her in a healthy position at least

Or at least give her a little more leash range so you can actually get her ult to size.

I feel she could use some buffs but minor at that point. Anivia is supposed to be a difficult champion to play and forcing players to learn how to play anivia is not a bad thing. Tbh the fact she was able to RE and chunk you down in lane was plain stupid so forcing players to land Qs is a good idea.

Maybe reduce cd on W so she can use it more often to set up her stuns? Have E refund 100% mana when she hits double damage? Maybe have her Q missile speed increase a bit with ap? Reduce mana costs on Q and maybe have it refund a % of mana when it stuns an enemy champion? Something around those lines would be nice
