I only have a small thing so say I have Volibearphobia How is Voli balanced? I know he sucks if you shit him down early but still his passive is killing meh

Because kiting and grievous wounds. Yeah, up close he is a dangerous fighter, the thing is that unlike a fair amount of melees now adays, he has no real gap closer, his gap closer is running up to you and running up to you a bit faster. Play a ranged champion and kite him all day, champions like Teemo shit on him in lane and champions like Kalista make him a non factor.
