Thinking about creating a League for Ranked teams

So yea it's the same format as the lcs but for those who aren't eligible/ isn't good enough for the lcs (like me) Ill have a rank limit based on the average rank of players NOT THE RANK OF THE TEAM So average bronze 5 to average bronze1 Average silver 5 to average silver 1 Etc etc etc etc upvote this if you guys think that I should make this league
