Galio Needs a Q similar to Aatrox's Q

Some guy had a better idea before where his E is changed to dash him to target location (Same skillshot type thing). Dealing damage along the way and leaving behind a wind trails (as the e does already). This would help him get into the enemy team but give the enemy a chance to stop him from getting in (wouldn't be super fast). Maybe his e stops when it hits a champ, so an enemy can body block it.

He doesn't need to flash...
