Are people Ret*****

So, as ive noticed, a lot of people still take feast on adcs, which is lowest winrate mastery for adcs compared top opgg, lolking and so on. It was already worse than des in terms of winrate in previous season, but now theres no use for that mastery, why do people keep taking it, its 20 hp once 30 sec, while you take dorans sword and get the same ammount from 3 basic attacks back. Its maybe usefull for junglers early, but for nobody else. As i check, the higher tier goes, less its taken.
