Really BE>IP ?

So i lvled a smurf on EUW 1-30, i have only 7 champs, while just before BE came out i leveled a smurf on EUNE, it has 18 champs, out of which 4 are 6300 IP champs, so where are you delusional stupids protecting this, also , check reddit, 1 guy did a post, that it actually takes 104 games on average to get 6300 champ now, while previously it was 78, and he did it with decent maths. And getting like over 1k per lvl up is bullshit, because i have all champs in my main accounts on west and east, and i just got 450 for lvl 65.
