Those who are honor level 1 or 0, well, they 110% deserve it, there is no other explanation. Every game i start playing i see like 3-4 players with honor 5 borders, all my friends completely all, are honor 5 same as me since like first or second month of lol. Ive even been chat restricted, and i am still honor 5.
As you can see in screen shot link, 4 honor 5 people been honored past game and 1 honor 4.

A bit confused.. it kinda sounds like you're saying that even though you managed to get your honor back after being banned that others shouldn't get that same opportunity. What's worse, you say that everyone (besides you apparently) 110% deserve it.
Maybe I'm missing something here, can you clear this up?
I don't particularly care about helping people who got their honor set to 0 as a penalty having a hard time getting it back up, but I've been playing a good several months now and progress from scratch seems quite slow. I really want to see something more informative than just "you are at checkpoint 1 of 3" in my profile when I mouse over the honor badge.
