Just played multiple games with the worst performances of my career. Had a 15/1 Ornn carry the enemy team who built all tank items. Runes Reforged left no good options for Vlad and as a result he is now effectively dead. Thanks Riot!

mosaickle1 votesBut to be honest I saw this coming. Vladimir is and will always be impossible to balance. You just can't make a balanced champion when they include the attributes of being a "mage", "ranged", "tanky" and "high sustain". He'll be either broken or useless.

I could see the comet being fairly good on him, as well as the majority of the resolve tree. I do not recall if Summon Aerie works on your heal. However with a slight amount of AP from runes the buff to 
could actually make him great at jungling. Having AP or HP from his runes gives him nearly double the burn from . He also can apply the burn to many monsters at say raptors because of his E. Early game clears tend to be the problem for making new junglers. I believe that it is cool that jungling is now an option. Seems like it has to be interesting, but I do not play
