Consistently matchmaking me (Silver 3) vs Gold, Plat and Diamonds

Just wanted to voice my concern and very real frustration with how poor Riots matchmaking system is. Every game, without fail my team and myself included is consistently outranked and out-=classed vs my enemy peers. Very disappointed that Riot is okay with the game the currently is in the Meta and how it is match making some of its lesser skilled players with skilled players. It's not fair and not enjoyable and Riot should change management and leadership the way the game is currently operating right now. Shaking my head Riot, I will not be spending my hard earned money with a franchise that treats its casual gamers like shit.

Silver 2 and getting put with gold and diamond as well. Although I do norms, but I feel ya. I feel like until you get to plat 3+ silver-gold elo is not going to mean much in the long run. Silver 3 vs gold 3 is not going to be a huge difference in performance. The gold 3 might have a better understanding of mechanics and map awareness, but overall the lane that receives the most effective ganks will win.
