The ulti is a skillshoot lmao... 0,75s is a lot to dogde it... lol. 0,75s is not even 1s dude. And don't forget the animation of Pyke ulti is very short. So you have less than 0,75s to dogde it. If you are CC, you can't dogde it too. Do you understand what this ulti does ?
It's an execute who ignores shield with a high lethality ratio and the CD can be reset if he kill someone like Darius ultimate but it's doesn't need stacks, it's a ranged ability while Darius has to stay at melee range and it's give gold to your teammates.
This ulti is broken, the whole champ is cancer because of this ulti.

His hook is perfect. It's may be the only spell that isn't broken on him. It's fair enough, for you and your opponent. You have to predict your opponents movements. By the way, a lot of Pyke come close to their target to make sure she won't dogde it.
His regen is also too much. There is no possiblity to punish a Pyke from making mistake if you can't 100-0 him.

You have free flip coin ulti... One time i had a Pyke in my team, he made a triple with his R, and there was 900 gold for me from his ulti passive + the assist gold.
Thanks he falls in lategame because he will be more reliant on his mates to drop the ennemies hp bar. Otherwise he would have no counterplay. But you still have to make the game until lategame which is not easy.
The problem isn't his mobility. The problem is his stupid ulti who have no sense. Giving all this gold only for executing enemies with only a "0,75s (maybe less)" zone spell that is really hard to dogde is unnaceptable. Also his regen is too big. Do you have see this Syndra video with Pyke ? Syndra tried to burst Pyke with a Q E W + RR and ignite combo and he survived by pressing E and W and at the end, he was at 60% of his HP bar.
But the champion concept is stupid. You can't make a "support assassin". Pyke is the example of why it's failed. In lategame, if he isn't feed, he will be a "ulti bot", waiting for someone to be low hp to kill him. But in early and mid game he such a pain and even if you win lane vs him, a single fail on a trade is dangerous because his ulti give so much gold.
He has nothing to be a support except his "gold giving ultimate" and his hook.
It's two concepts that can't be together... A support is here to help his teammates and he rely on them too. You can't carry as Janna if you don't have mates. Your job is to CC, buffs your teammates, poke the enemy, protect your carry...
An assassin is someone who try to focus someone squishy or important in a fight and delete him in a few seconds with his burst. He prefers solo plays (except Katarina and Kassadin who are more teamfight oriented).
You can't make a support assassin because these roles are the opposite. If you want Pyke to be more like a support, you can but you will have to delete his ultimate and replace it with other idea. If you want Pyke to be more like an assassin, you can keep the ulti but you will need to remove this gold share and his regen.
