Amumu or Rammus?

Say you are last pick. Enemy team has locked in everything. Your team has as well and you are going to choose between amumu and rammus. Under what circumstances do you choose one over the other? Also you are jungler

Amumu - team fights, ranged stun initiation, good CC, can build several different ways. So Slowww even with boots. Rammus - mobility, homeguard + Q is just fun everytime, a better version of Skarner's ult, objective destroying ult. Only hard CC is single target.

I think they both perform well on single target ganks, but rammus is obviously way more mobile for multiple ganks/map presence. Amumu has better team fighting, while Rammus can take down objectives without any AD. So under what circumstances (picking in champ select based only on team comps) would you pick one over the other?

amumu is better for generalized teams, rammus is a god when the enemy team is full ad, and he can just build armor, youll end up with 220+ad and 300+armor and 4000health, and the enemy team wont be able to kill a rammus.

amumu has a better early game with his Q and burst, but rammus a better niche. but rammus also gets the job done on squishies so dont count him out.

overall id stick to amumu and use rammus as a counterpick.
