+30 armor Passive UNIQUE – ENHANCED MOVEMENT: +45 flat movement speed UNIQUE: Reduces incoming damage from all basic attacks by 10% (excluding turret shots). Does not reduce damage of on-hit effects, it does however reduce damage of basic attack modifiers.(unchanged) Damage reduction is half effective vs melee auto attacks. That way it is still a good buy vs ad carries but also gets better for toplaners who have been complaining about it
