The Pyke Balances Changes Indirectly Decimated Me
As of posting this, as far as I know, Pyke had balance changes in 9.13 that removed the aoe hitbox of his uncharged q, and removed his e's ability to stun or deal damage to non-champions. In 9.14, this was slightly reverted so that Pyke's e could stun non-champions but still wouldn't deal damage to them. I understand that these changes were mostly directed toward solo lane Pyke as it was a very strong option for some time, and Riot wanted to weaken Pyke's ability to clear a wave on his own so solo lane Pyke would be a weaker pick. For the most part, this is a sensible change. However, as far as I can tell, there's absolutely no reason for these changes to wave clear to apply to monsters as well as minions. You see, since release I was dedicated to playing Pyke in the Jungle, and I became somewhat recognized by other Pyke mains as the Pyke Jg guy. On release it worked wonderfully, and though over time minor nerfs here and there would decrease its viability, Pyke jg was still a fairly good pick for me. I managed to make it as high as D3 before the ranked changes (So technically D2 now I guess) playing pretty much 50-50 Pyke jg and Kayn, and things were good. However, though it was possible to make Pyke Jg work even in Diamond, his clear obviously wasn't anything spectacular. I took a break from league for a few months and decided to come back, but I what I came back to was a Pyke who not only lost his ability to hit monsters with his e, but also lost his ability to hit multiple monsters with his q. Pyke Jg as of now is virtually impossible, the only possible playstyle being clear one camp and then gank until the game ends, getting 0 cs. I don't understand why the 9.13 changes had to involve monsters too, aside from maybe you didn't want Pyke solo lane to be able to clear Krugs? But seriously, I can't play the game anymore with these changes, and monsters have no effect on wave clear, so I propose these amendments to the Pyke changes.

Pyke's e still won't deal damage to minions, and will only stun them.
-
Pyke's e WILL stun and deal damage to jungle monsters.
-
Pyke's q WILL have an aoe damage hitbox on only jungle monsters but will retain its inability to hit multiple minions or champions.

Alternatively, Pyke's q will have an aoe damage hitbox on all non-champions, but will only be able to hit one champion, because personally, I felt that removing e's ability to hit minions was enough to weaken Pyke's wave clear.
