Question on Fizz 5.17 Change
Will Chum the Waters (R) amp up True Damage (i.e. Ignite?) It says magic damage and not physical, but no mention of true damage (which it amped up before I believe)....

No, Fizz ult will only amp magic damage. As Angry Monster points out the intention with true damage is that nothing increases or decreases its damage (though some things will absorb or nullify it, like Janna E or Kayle ult).
true damage does not ever get amped.
