Anyone figure out a good way to play panth now

I've been looking at how panth has been doing so far and I feel like he's gotten a lot weaker. I know that ad itemization got buffed but I still feel like a stun bot. I'm running oom really quickly and have trouble fighting back without putting myself at an extremely large risk. Anyone wanna give me some advice on what to do?
