Anyone else think he should be hotfixed along with graves and the masteries. Rn he's become so oppressive with just the new items alone and feels terrible to play against

The biggest problem with him right now is the keystone mastery. It's getting nerfed so that it only procs on champions. That should cool him down a little bit because right now it gives him unbelievable sustain.
No apparently everyone thinks lucian is the problem since he is the only ad getting severely nerfed on pbe. I guess mf/graves/soraka/lee sin arent really broken and we are all just blind noobs (^:
