People need to be muted completely if I press mute

I just had a game where I muted the enemy gnar because he was being a complete ass in chat, so not wanting to hear him I muted him. End of the game I see him spouting insult after insult. I should not have to hear him in end game. Can we please have mute work for end game chat so this bull shit doesn't have to be endured by anyone even after they muted the person.
