Do you guys feel that there is a bit of global cooldown between your abilities?
I'm having a hard time now, for some reason, to execute my E R Q W. Seems like there is a longer delay between Q to W.

Edit: omg omg, okay so you're also a katarina player. So are you just a bad person, or do you feel like youre good when you play these champs? Or do you just not know how to control resources?
