Riot can i please get an explanation about Katarina?

Yeah so its not exactly a gameplay thread, but still is a question about her gameplay logic So, I understand Game logic like infinite ammo, 's ability to throw homing spears, infinitely spinning and throwing knifes in the process but there's one thing about her that has never been addressed. Her Shunpo. now you can't say "Assassin Talents" as mentioned in her lore, but how can, A simple human assassin, magically teleport around battle like in game? also in the cinematic "A twist of Fate" you can see Katarina randomly teleports while fighting without an explanation and in "A New Dawn" a bright light and her vfx before trying to assassinate graves. Can we finally get an answer?
