Nocturne Paranoia procing Malzahar passive?
In game 3 of EU LCS summer split playoffs of G2 vs Misfits there was a scene where Jankos Nocturne used Paranoia to assassinate Sencus Malzahar. I noticed that the nearsight of paranoia already proced Malzahar's Void Shift resulting in him taking full damage from the Nocturne ult and the damage instances in the first 0.25 seconds.
I didn't know that interaction but since Sencux did not pause the game afterwards it seems to be legit but I was still wondering.
it has the same interaction as 
(if you buy a banshee, it won't reveal you but will proc banshee)
