Gold granted from shutdowns should be based on the reletive power of the champions.

It doesnt make sense for a champion super far ahead to be getting more gold on a champion weaker then them. This is a champion that was already ahead and already going to win, they dont need more gold to win nor did they do anything spectacular enough to warrant more gold. Isn't the point of shutdowns to give the losing team the ability to comback afterall? If a champion is way ahead, the shutdown isnt giving them a comback its just snowballing them even more and for what? Defeating an opponent they were likey to beat anyway? Like I said shutdown gold should be based on the relative power of the champions, specifically based on the the relative amount of gold they have and their levels with the caviot being the one getting killed has a bounty begin with. As is the bounty system can and does do exactly the oppisite of its intention.
