Some of them are cool like the nocturne one because its situational. But the Tf and Rek'Sai one.. why evern give them ults if it can follow their dashes and blinks globally.

looks fine to me
The main purpose for TF's and Rek'sai's ult isn't to flee anyway. It is for roaming potential and more map presence.
So I think that interaction is fine.
And the Rek'Sai one is extremely situational. It just works if Rek'Sai has a 
. Because otherwise the damage would cancel her ult.
