Anyone Else Not Seeing What In The Box On The Loot Screen

I hover over the box where is said in the patch notes and nothing comes up, all it says is "Whats in the box?". But it shows nothing inside the box for example(e.g. No Skin, Ward, or Champion). Will it come later or something or is this a bug?
