@Meddler Draven's Ultimate Cost

Why does it cost 120 mana? For quite some time the absurd ultimate mana costs have been getting updated to league's modern standards, but he is always excluded. I don't believe that changing this would actually make him much stronger and since he is in an Ok spot right now I don't think such a small buff would be a risky move.
