So solo lane Karma is over...

According to the New PBE Update Karma can no longer function outside of botlane. While those changes seem more than appealing for support Karma, mage Karma is probably packing her bags ATM. If there was some form of compensation to make up for the removal of 2 forms of damage from her kit (RW being a huge damaging ability apart from a reliable lane sustain) the proposed changes would be more than fine. Maybe increasing the scaling on RQ so that you can benefit from it only by building AP or at least buffing W's damage a bit would be fair for all Karma players. With those changes mage Karma can only use her R offensively with her Q and her lane sustain is almost non-existent. Also, the 10% extra damage doesn't really help her that much. So she's practically even more of a Q bot than she was before.

I just don't understand why the balance team would want to decrease her viability outside of botlane, especially since she's a very healthy champion overall. Some context is necessary...

same reason they nerfed morgana's w damage. and zyra's entire kit. and lulu's entire kit. and totally gutted soraka. and made sona's q tickle.

actually it looks like she would be better in mid lane. she has a damage amplifier, and her passive got straight buffed. the only change was the heal weakening, and that hit support more than mid because it is now based on her damage and not her health.

She should be fine, just early game laning is nerfed I main karma and knew that her early laning phase was ridiculously strong with RW and RQ anyways

You can be safer with building glass cannon karma now that her kit doesn't have that little nudge in RW scaling that's saying "hey build just a little bit of extra health yeah?"

My main Karma, so balanced but getting completely nerfed as a mage while barely buffing her support. She is primary mage, not support Riot. Please don't change Karma
