Veigar's Stun

Quick idea about Veigar's stun. I feel like with the new one coming into effect, veigar's CC potential is going to drop hard. It's going to be harder to land his stun and, while giving Veigar some nice counterplay that he does need, is going to limit his self peel and self protection pretty hard, to a point where any assassin is going to be able to wreck him even harder. My idea for it is, since he is losing some of his peel, is to increase the consistency in which enemies are stunned, also especially since his stun is going to be harder to land. SO what if Veigar's box slowly shrunk as it endured closing in onto enemies until they either have to stand in the direct center and take a dark matter and Q to the face, flash out or accept the stun they are about to receive. Just an idea, I think it could be cool though.
