Twitch
Why does nobody play twitch any more? He is still really good and I destroy people almost every game i play as him so don't understand why.

The unfortunate fact about Twitch is that Twitch needs a team that is all about Twitch. He needs a great support, not a good support, the jungler needs to babysit bot lane until laning ends, if the enemy mid is out to lunch then Twitch could benefit from a gank by mid, and top lane should have TP in reserve for jumping onto the lane minion closest to Twitch.
Then, when he's nice and fed. Twitch's team has to soak up all of the enemy team's damage so that he can successfully score the multi-kill that will win you at least one lane if not the game. Positioning and timing are crucial for Twitch to succeed and he's best implemented by players with incredible map awareness. Wards are crucial to his survival. No wards and he becomes a snack.
Honestly, after the severe nerfs he got hit with and compared to adcs such as 
and 
(who has a better E and can stack infinitely) he's not that great, He needs alot of team coordination and protection to actually use efficiently. It's to the point "Why pick twitch when i can go jinx or graves" since they can duel early game and scale well into late game, All twitch have is late game but that gets outshined by other adcs who is not caitlyn
