because it was useless and just troll spell

There wasn't any real reason to take it over any other summoners not even Revive when it still existed

No, they weren't troll picks.

Rally gave you alot of power for 10s~ It was team aura.

Surge. We have it in banner of command, maybe not as OP as it used t be, but still pretty good

Surge increased the size of your champion and granted bonus % AS and bonus AP for the duration. It was meant to be a steroid summoner spell, but it ended up being not very popular if your champion didn't scale with both AS and AP.

Because they were outshined by flash/teleport/ghost.

If they were just little bit better then you know... People would use them
