Ezreal Q and Sheen
Ok so can someone explain to me why Ezreals Q counts as a basic attack? Because having sheen dmg applied with Q dmg is op as f.

Because that's his thing. Every champion gets a few strong points like that to use to their advantage, and Ezreal's is that he is the champion that is that idea for marksmen aiming their autoattacks that crops up when people forget he even exists.
It doesn't technically count as a basic attack, but rather it applies on-hit effects. It's a subtle difference in most cases, but maybe worth mentioning.
Theres a half dozen or so abilities in the game that apply on-hit effects (pretty sure they all explicitly say so), and it's part of what makes those abilities strong. Ez's big thing is having a ranged skill shot apply on-hit effects, which can make for all kinds of balancing adventures, but it's what makes him him.
