Kalista is dead. How I would balance her...

I think we all know that Kalista is dead. She has a 45% win rate according Champion.gg. I am not going to say that I have felt the power of pre-nerf Kalista (I started playing in 6.9) but I still feel that Riot needs to fix this champion. She has a very unique kit and really deserves a place in the meta. I think that she can be balanced through AP scaling. Giving her a good AP scaling (ex: 100% AP caped at 100 damage or something) on either her Q or her E could balance her. What I am looking at is her synergy with Guinsoo's Rageblade. If this item becomes worth the price on Kalista it might bring her back into the meta.

Remove dash on passive, keep dash only on Q. Problem solved, now she can be buffed however.

What you could do is just give her autos 100% ad scaling again. They nerfed it to 90% awhile ago and it's still like that even after the w and ult changes. I feel like this might be something they could do, because it would allow her to build crit if she so pleased.

Wait... she was a win rate of 45%... that's assuming people actually play her... Who plays Kalista? I haven't fought one in months lol.

It's impossible ( or really hard ) to make her balanced Imo. She has to be either broken or extremly weak as it's really hard to balance champion which is dashing all the time. I think it's good idea to buff her a little bit and see what will happen but Im not pretty sure if AP ratio can help her though.
