How is he trolling? Lvl 7 isn't what it used to be. It should be exclusive to OTP's, I got 7 and I suck at nearly every of them.

Ah, I thought you were referring to the title! For these champs (I thought it was 7, it's 6) Trundle (good) Rek'Sai (never touched since rework) Ekko (complete garbage) Nasus (good, but the champion is bad) Kha (fine, but I stopped jungling) and Wukong (bad, I can't seem to make this champ work) What I mean basically is that I don't perform lvl 7 wise on them.

Well,i don't mean to offend you or any of the people who play those champions,but..it's not like those champions are that hard and it'd be quite simple to get mastery 7 on them,especially if one were to play normal games on those champions.

You do realized that you are competing vs the average of the playerbase right? If a champion is stupid easy, that means getting S's are stupid hard, as you have to perform above the average.

Really bad champs only need a few good games to roll in the S's, but easy =/= bad. I mean, look at Annie, the most consistently easy champion in the game, being practically the best champion in the game to rise in elo with.

Or you could just imitate all the "supports" out there and spam Zed/Rengar support. (It doesn't work anymore - stop trying!)

If your cardboard 37, maybe. Or if you're a pre-5 with a specific comp and strategy, maybe.

Otherwise, there are 3 major forces working against you:

The meta just doesn't favor non-utility kill-lanes.
People cheesed the system so badly it's hard to get any legitimate score in support anymore.
The rest of your team that just got tilted off the face of Runeterra by your "troll pick."

Yeah I'm fully aware of that. A while ago I wondered why I should play hard champions when I could just learn easy champions in 5-10 games, then focus on the macro game. Trundle is played in Diamond, so technically I can reach it with him. Technically.

yeah mast 7 rly isnt anything special anymore. so easy to get, just play a couple normals and its free... either make mastery tokens exclusive to ranked games or make a mast 8/9 imo

It never was anything special, the grading system basically drops you a full tier if you have 1-2 deaths and it whores Kills/Assists, it doesn't care about your impact on the win. And you just get S 5 times regardless of your rank. It's basically a feelgood reward for playing the same hero a lot. I think some new emotes tied to rank or your icon or something would be cool like how they did with the Esports icons, that'd have a bit more meaning to it. But if they added more masteries it'd likely just be for mastery points (game time) or more mastery tokens (high kda). The system rewards shortterm success over trying to win games or skill progression really.
