It would also take away some of the skill required for his kit. As you are currently rewarded for having fast reflexs.

The wind wall is the only thing in the kit that needs work imo. Rest is obvious kit- quick reflexes (like Jorencice says) and CC abuse. Wind wall is out of place....idk what they could do but =/. Makes it hard to beat yasuo.......even a minor delay increase to the drop time for wind wall would be fantastic. But whatever they decide I guess =/. I am bad at yasuo, but I tried him so.
