Revert Ahri's charm duration

Why the hell did they even buff this ability to begin with? It's not like other CC in the way that **IT MAKES YOU WALK TOWARDS HER ** while also amping the damage she deals by 40%? are you guys stupid? and the fact that THE DURATION got increased on a champion that would always gravitate around 50% WR with a healthy playrate before her unnecesary rework but now you have degenerates running glacial to make it so that her already braindead kit takes less effort to land shit on. Just reduce her fucking furation on her charm by .4 and keep the damage amp for all i care, she deserves to get rewarded for landing it like any other mage, but when the fucking cc makes you walk towards her when she has 3 fucking flashes in her kit and everything else with a low fucking cooldown, there's nothing you can do. Oh, also the fact that she punishes you extremely without having any real weakness as she has all the escape tools in the world makes no sense to me. What a fucking joke.
