Bard Affecting PC?

I have played Bard around 4 times this week, and each time, around the 15 minute mark, my sounds would cut off (even non-league), my PC would be insanely slow, and FPS would drop to 1. Ping would stay around 30, so it's not a connection issue. I have played other champs and they are completely fine - my PC would run smoothly. My PC even runs smoothly after I have been forced to restart it due to this malfunction. I never thought Riot would use the legendary Bardo to take over the human race.
