Free Snow Day Mystery Skin?

Just like last year, I think it would be great to be gifted a mystery skin after or for Christmas.

I saw all the icons and stuff, and I love all 3 skins, and I think for most people a Mystery Skin would be appreciated a lot. Anyone else?

They said they'd do something for the summoners who havent been banned/reported or toxic for the year.
