A slight base armor buff would be grand.
Give more power to his W (Harvester of Sorrow) for solo lane. As in actually allow us to use it for damage as well with out a ally or minion near by.
Lower the cost on his E (Siphon of Destruction)
And for a future wish list for 2017 for his rerework. REMOVE HIS GODAWFUL DUAL LANE BULLSHIT AND MOVE HIM TO SOLO OR EVEN JUNGLE.

I'm kind of hoping they rework him into a jungle/top laner and keep that as a core of his identity.

Or ''Morde enslaves the souls of units he kills, and gets to enslave a Dragon's soul at 100 souls'' or some shit.

Base stats tweak He needs a bit more starting HP for a hp-based caster A bit more armor so that he won't get instantly rekt by any form of aggression early A small MS buff, maybe +5 or +10, hell, removing the negliable MS boost from his W to compensate would be appropirate
Reduce his E's hp cost. It's already really high for what it provides, though seeing that I max it first I might be a tad biased
Remove Harvester of Sorrow's "overlap" requirement alltogether
Also, you said his E's HoS, it's his W. But that's expected from someone who doesn't main Mordekaiser :^)
