You can still do it if you get teleport and ghost, 20 min in the game. If you get Mobis, max movement speed, get 3 stacks of cloud drake, get elder to buff the stacks, be 20 min in game, have teleport, have ghost, and have your q ready, you are basically untouchable, i recommend getting dead mans plate for being able to go anywhere and warmongs to regenerate your hp

yes, but its still a sub par item. i get attack speed is important on vayne to proc silver bolts as much as possible, but there are FAR better items to use. BotRK, Phantom Dancer, Stattik Shiv... hell Tri Force would be a far superior buy to Ruunans.

Except that Static Shiv accomplishes much more for vayne than Hurricane ever could. Why build something that was designed to apply on hits to multiple targets if you have nothing that works with it? Yes it "works" on Vayne, Liandry's Torment works on Dr. Mundo, but you dont see many Mundo(I did not forget to pluralize that, I just feel like Mundo himself would say the plural of Mundo is Mundo) running around witrh Liandry's, because there is better options available that work in a more effecient way with his kit. Personally, I do not think she needs AoE, she was designed as ranged duelist and as such a Firecannon suits her better to increase her range albeit very small time frame.
