Kha'Zix Late game??!!

So I always liked assassins I love their play style ...i only like true assassins which can 1-one shot or minimum kill time 3 Sec. 2-can assassinate with out letting their prey escape and never see the coming ....these assassins like Rengar,TF,Noctourne,Talon,Karthus(My opinion),Evelyn,Shaco,AD Rek Sai And KHAZIX so I have these all except kha zix I need to know Can his Q crit like others,can he one shot non isolated targets,why no one evolves R ,should I buy him?

R evolve just blows, Evolve Q > E > W. His Q can not crit. Buy him if you wanna buy him, don't buy him if you don't wanna. summoner 31

his damage is pretty non existant on non isolated targets, considering everybody can pretty much 1shot khazix because he is far too squishy

he is too reliant on the enemy team for getting isolation damage. with khazix you don't carry, their team carries you.

His Q can't crit - it deals around 1000 dmg lategame on isolated targets (3,5 cooldown without CDR). No need for any crit.
