Why does no one play AD Rek'sai!!!!
I mean his Furious Bite Deals 220% AD which means if he has 500 AD it would deal 1200 Damage which Is like smiting their adc .. ....people can play him full ad with 1 or 2 defensive items so WHY NOT!

It's the reason people don't play full ad Darius, wukong, vi, jarvan, etc.
In theory, it's good and does strong damage, but you're very squishy without your tank items, and you do enough damage with the tank items.

If you have 500 AD you probably have 0 defensive items.

Rek'sai is a melee champion and without defensive items is squishy. She would get blown up long before she could build her fury to get 220% AD on her E and gte close enough to the ADC to use it on him/her.
Because most AD you can get is 300 in a reasonable AD build, 400 if you're feeling fisky. Thus will be squishy and not able to even get that damage off due to how easily killed you'll be.
no stickyness+ he needs full fury to do big damage
ive tried it a couple times got rekted you end u being far to squishy. she honestly needs the tank items more her damage is decent without building ad. Not saying that t wont work but it is def not an optimal build for her
It takes a LOOOOONG time to stack up fury, especially while resisting the urge to burrow for health, movespeed, etc due to not being extremely tanky and being in melee range to hit all your abilities and basic attacks.
