New Cassieopea!!!

Played a game with her. Really digging the kit. Much more interesting now, and not having to build boots is pretty sweet. Got a couple kills off of grounding opponents where they would've gotten away otherwise. Overall I give the design team an A+ for this one. The previous rework was so boring by comparison.

I'm not loving it, her early game leaves her to vulnerable to ganks and a smart enemy team will play on that too shut her down. Not being able to target your w in terms of range hurts badly since you can use it to force an enemy to keep their distance at all.

The new W is good, I just wish it wasn't a fixed range. It will take some getting used to
