So if rageblade Neeko was so strong. Why don't people go rageblade Gnar?
Isn't it kinda the same situation? lots of move speed lots of extra damage from a 3 hit passive. Some cc. It seams like the same kinda situation. Or does Mega Gnar ruin it?

Gnar just doesn't work if he isn't tanky. His on-hit passive is better than Ekko's, but a non-tanky Gnar just dies too quickly and his auto range is really short. To compare, Neeko has 550 AA range, which is standard ADC range as well. Mini Gnar has 225 AA range at level 1 and 325 at level 18, and on top of that on-hit doesn't synergize well with Mega Gnar. You could control the Mega Gnar problems by only engaging in mini form, but the issue is your attack range is so low that you risk way too much. Any ADC could blow you up because their range is higher, any tank could kill you outright early because high base damage and you're in their no no zone most of the time. Any bruiser could blow you up because you couldn't get away from them. Your best chance would be against tanks, but even then, it'd be hard.
Neeko's damage wasn't the thing that made her so strong. It was just how safe she was. She could set up kills very easily in lane with her E and landing one would almost guarentee a kill as long as the support also had decent damage. Her W gave her a brief stint of invisibility, movement speed and a clone to juke enemies with and her ult was such an amazing defensive tool for her as it offered her an AoE stun as well as a shield to dissuade enemies from jumping on her.
Conversely Gnar has to auto attack the same champion 3 times, has a MUCH lower auto attack range, much less peel/set up in lane and spends half of his time as a melee CC bot
Gnar with no hp items is insanely squishy. That being said, its possible to go rageblade on him. Just build BC first and get tabis, mini's innate bonus AS+rageblade is enough.

other than that there is a dude gnar otp that builds him with rageblade and i think he is around high diamond/masters
Because Gnar will immediately transform. You want to prolong your time as mini gnar until you can kill them.
