Like the one on Zoe's Q. It would be helpfull for new Thresh players and since this exists now, would be a great addition / logical to add it to everything with a timerestricted recast :)

Pretty good idea actually.
Thresh is my second-most played champion and I still sometimes misjudge the recast time on Q when I'm trying to pull myself in late.
I haven't played in a while so I don't know if they changed it. But If you are looking for the max amount while still dashing to them, Then wait around .25 secs after the second pull then recast
This should be on every champion with a recast time, it's on Akali's W and other recent ones as well
