AFKs in Promos

Okay so this is pretty common at low elo, but if someone afks in promos it shouldnt count against you. he was toxic from pregame chat where he was assigned jungle and wanted to be mid. He trolled are team and of course I can't dodge without an automatic loss. I think there should be leeway when your teammate afks after going 0/2. Less LP losses and/or an extra attempt on your promo. This is the third time this season I've lost a promo game due to someone afking.

OR Riot can implement a system to have less afks like csgo. My solution: Riot marks the people who afk and they have 5 chances to not get banned from ranked. With every mark they get a 1 week ranked ban to prevent afking again if they do want play ranked later to afk again/wintrade. and when it comes to the last mark, they get banned indefinitely. Problem solved.

Edit: 1 week ranked ban, meaning not able to play ranked but can play the other game modes.
